Boating Under the Influence (BUI) cases are similar to DUI cases.

Officers use many of the same field sobriety tests including Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN). The officers use additional tests called the Seated Battery of SFSTs. Using an expert who has been trained in both the Standing and Seated SFSTs that an officer may use in your case is important.
